Welcome to the new release of our 2023 Napa Valley Merlot. A beautifully expressive wine crafted to capture the richness and elegance of the season, and one that was one of our founder Flora’s personal favorites.
Long celebrated for its approachability and depth, Merlot holds a special place in the legacy of Flora Springs. This wine honors that heritage, capturing a timeless elegance and an inviting character that feels both comforting and quietly sophisticated.
A graceful expression of the varietal, offering plush layers of ripe blackberry, dark plum, and subtle cocoa, lifted by hints of violet and warm spice. Sourced from select vineyard sites across Napa Valley, where well-drained soils and a balanced climate allow Merlot to ripen slowly and evenly, the wine reflects both richness and precision. Warm days build depth and concentration, while cooler evenings preserve freshness and aromatic lift, resulting in a beautifully composed palate with soft, silken tannins.

A New Ritual Begins at Flora Springs
Introducing Cinq à Sept—a weekly DJ-led experience at the Flora Springs Wine Lounge, where sound, wine, and atmosphere come together in perfect rhythm for the moment suspended between day and night. From 4–7PM, the space transforms into a golden-hour ritual: curated music, a vibrant yet intimate energy, and a setting designed to linger a little longer.
Sip through a selection of wines by the glass or bottle, explore seasonal flights, or discover our wine-based cocktails—each one crafted to match the mood of the moment. Light bites, caviar, and indulgent pairings complete the experience.
