TERMS & CONDITIONS
House of Flora membership is complimentary to join and provides immediate access to exclusive member pricing and benefits. Members authorize a recurring monthly charge of $50, billed automatically to the credit card on file on the first Monday of each month. If a wine selection is made, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to the monthly charge. If no selection is made, the $50 monthly contribution will automatically be converted into a House of Flora eGift Card balance, which may be redeemed at any time toward wines, merchandise, or experiences.
Members are responsible for notifying Flora Springs of any changes to their subscription account at least 30 days prior to their next scheduled payment. Wine shipments are available only within the United States and are subject to all applicable federal and state regulations. An adult signature from an individual 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery of all wine shipments. Any wines held for pick-up that remain unclaimed for more than 50 days may be shipped at the member’s expense. Membership may be canceled at any time after three consecutive months of participation. By enrolling in House of Flora, members certify that they are at least 21 years of age and agree to abide by all House of Flora membership terms and policies.
