Soliloquy, our flagship white wine blend—is named for the act of speaking one’s deepest truths aloud, a moment of vulnerability, emotion, and clarity. Like its namesake, this wine is an intimate expression of all we’ve learned and loved in our pursuit of the perfect white. Anchored by Sauvignon Blanc, it carries delicate whispers of Malvasia Bianca. Each varietal lending its voice to a beautifully layered, thoughtful whole. 2023 NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The first release of a Flora Springs Cabernet Sauvignon with this beautiful new label, this is a delicious, approachable and consistent wine. At the heart of this Cabernet lies a lush core of black cherry, red plum, and kirsch, wrapped in layers of licorice, and a delicate whisper of menthol. A wine of elegance, and quiet power.
This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with expressive notes of blackcurrant, wild berries, and a hint of licorice, unfolding into layers of dark fruit that dominate the palate. A subtle lift of white pepper leads into savory herbs—fennel, sage, and a whisper of dried earth; adding nuance and intrigue.
The tannins are firm yet finely textured, with a crushed-stone quality that provides structure and elegance. As the wine evolves, flavors of bitter cooking chocolate and chocolate-covered dark cherries emerge, offering depth and richness. The finish is long and mouthwatering, driven by a balance of juiciness and mineral tension that invites another sip.
