2021 Flora Springs Brut Rose
Our newest release, in a beautiful new package. The Flora Springs Brut Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Los Carneros. Bright, light bubbles and a fruity flavor.
Crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the cool-climate vineyards of Los Carneros, Sonoma County, this 2021 Brut Rosé offers an elegant expression of freshness and finesse. Aromas of wild strawberries and delicate orange blossom lead to a vibrant palate of ripe cranberry and red berry, balanced by lively acidity and a refined, lingering finish. Delicate yet expressive, it brings a touch of understated luxury to every occasion.
Los Carneros is one of California’s most celebrated regions for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, thanks to its cool climate and the moderating influence of San Pablo Bay. Morning fog, coastal breezes, and a long, gentle growing season allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing expressive fruit character while preserving the natural acidity and freshness essential to exceptional sparkling wine. The result is fruit of remarkable elegance and balance, with Pinot Noir lending delicate red berry character and structure, while Chardonnay contributes citrus brightness, finesse, and a graceful, mineral finish.
The 2021 vintage in Napa Valley was smooth and uneventful, producing low yields of intensely flavored, tightly sized grape clusters. Bud break for our Cabernet Sauvignon occurred in late March. The ensuing dry, even weather resulted in a natural crop load on the vines, and the flavor-packed grapes led to powerful, concentrated wines.
