2022 Napa Valley Merlot
Our The 2022 Merlot delivers an indulgent sensory experience, harmonizing ripe fruit nuances of black cherry, plum, and raspberry with enticing hints of cardamom, cinnamon, and velvety vanilla crème. Infused with an intriguing vein of minerality, the wine culminates in a lingering finish with undertones of toasty, sweet oak.
2022 Poggio del Papa
Our Poggio del Papa pays tribute to the red wine blends found in the Tuscany region of Italy. Primitivo used in the blend was sourced from mid-valley vineyards where the slightly warmer microclimate allows the grape to maintain good structure and natural acidity, a key characteristic of the varietal. This is a savory, food-friendly wine that pairs well with Italian pasta dishes but is versatile enough to go with just about anything. The 2022 Poggio del Papa is a polished red wine with lively flavors of cherry, wild berry, fresh herb and mineral that harmonize beautifully. With good density and a fleshy texture, the wine is supported by light, firm tannins and lively acidity.
2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with expressive notes of blackcurrant, wild berries, and a hint of licorice, unfolding into layers of dark fruit that dominate the palate. A subtle lift of white pepper leads into savory herbs—fennel, sage, and a whisper of dried earth; adding nuance and intrigue. The tannins are firm yet finely textured, with a crushed-stone quality that provides structure and elegance. As the wine evolves, flavors of bitter cooking chocolate and chocolate-covered dark cherries emerge, offering depth and richness. The finish is long and mouthwatering, driven by a balance of juiciness and mineral tension that invites another sip.
