Introducing Cinq à Sept—a weekly DJ-led experience at the Flora Springs Wine Lounge, where sound, wine, and atmosphere come together in perfect rhythm for the moment suspended between day and night. From 4–7PM, the space transforms into a golden-hour ritual: curated music, a vibrant yet intimate energy, and a setting designed to linger a little longer.
Sip through a selection of wines by the glass or bottle, explore seasonal flights, or discover our wine-based cocktails—each one crafted to match the mood of the moment. Light bites, caviar, and indulgent pairings complete the experience.

GRAY SUN is a Napa-based DJ and producer known for crafting melodic, emotionally driven experiences that blend deep, melodic, and progressive house. A former U.S. Navy officer turned investor and creative, he brings a distinctive balance of precision and feeling to his music. Through his GRAYSPACE Radio platform and live performances, Gray has developed a sonic identity that centered on emotion and human connection. As co-founder of Melodic Napa Valley, he is building a community of dance music lovers in the Napa Valley to fuse the worlds of electronic music and wine culture.
Flamingeaux is a boundary-blending DJ and Dance Music Producer known for curating elevated, high-end dance floor experiences across three continents. Rooted in New Orleans culture, inspired by Miami’s pulse, and refined by Napa’s sophistication, Flamingeaux delivers a distinctive sonic identity. His sound transcends genres while staying true to deep, disco, and tech house music at its core. The result is a dynamic, genre-fluid journey, where nostalgia meets modernity and underground meets accessible, crafted with intention and performed with a polished, crowd-aware finesse.
