Our Brut Cuvée Méthode Traditionnelle is a sparkling expression of refinement and celebration. Crafted from select North Coast vineyards and made in the traditional méthode champenoise, this wine opens with delicate aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, accented by subtle notes of brioche and toasted almond from extended aging on the lees. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with fine bubbles that dance across a bright, mineral-driven finish. Elegant and versatile, this Brut Cuvée brings a sense of occasion to any moment.
