This wine is a unique find – it’s sourced from a tiny, 2-acre block of organically farmed Vermentino located in Rutherford. We believe this is the only Vermentino planted in Napa Valley, making this one of just two Vermentino wines produced here. Gentle handling of the grapes and lightly oaking the wine in seasoned French barrels have resulted in a compelling wine.  A delightful mix of citrus fruits – lemon, yellow and pink grapefruit -- accented by subtle pear notes and a hint of sea spray. With undertones of mineral, green apple, fresh ginger and almond, the wine offers a fresh, crisp, light-bodied experience that enlivens the palate. 

Crafted from Pinot Noir, this Rosé captures the varietal’s vibrant red fruit character while softening its intensity into a delicate, graceful expression of freshness and finesse. Our 2024 Napa Valley Rosé is a vibrant expression of elegance and intention, crafted from sustainably farmed Pinot Noir grown in the heart of Napa Valley. Made using the traditional Saignée method, this wine captures the purest essence of the fruit—its delicate blush hue and radiant freshness are the result of a gentle whole-cluster press and minimal skin contact. Following fermentation, the wine rested on its lees for seven months with regular stirring, adding a subtle roundness and silky texture. The result is a rosé that’s refined, expressive, and unmistakably Flora Springs.

The region's characteristic fog and breezy conditions allow for a slow, even ripening process, preserving the grape's natural acidity and enhancing its nuanced profile. The 2023 Pinot Blanc from Carneros is pale straw with glimmers of gold, reflecting its youthful vibrancy. Delicate floral notes of white blossoms intertwine with hints of honey, offering an inviting bouquet. Crisp and refreshing, this Pinot Blanc presents flavors of poached pear and subtle nougat, balanced by a gentle minerality.
