Our St. Helena winery is currently temporarily closed as we complete an exciting renovation and reimagine the next chapter of the Flora Springs experience. This thoughtful transformation will allow us to welcome you back soon with new spaces, elevated tastings, and moments of beauty inspired by the land and the goddess Flora herself. While our St. Helena home is being renewed, we’re delighted to continue welcoming guests at our new location in downtown Napa.

THE LEGACY AWAKENS…
2023 Awakening Cabernet Sauvignon
We are delighted to share the first of the 2023 vintage of Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon in your April Wine Club shipment. As part of our ongoing transformation, we are bringing these wines to life in their beautiful new packaging. These wines have evolved to become a study of the goddess Flora and her Journey, as she guides the land through its seasons with quiet grace.
Revered for her gift of renewal after winter’s stillness, the goddess Flora is the eternal guardian of transformation. In this study we will follow her as she awakens the Napa Valley after winter’s dormancy, brings it to life with the Bloom of summer and finally, bless the Harvest – before she ascends once more to the stars, retreating into winter’s hush.
We hope you enjoy this first offering, the Awakening of Flora’s Journey.
TASTING NOTES
The palate is unctuous, carried on savory yet subtly sweet tannins that feel mouthwatering and alive. Layers of blue fruit—wild blueberry, loganberry, and small berries gathered from the fields on the fringe of the vineyards unspool across the mid-palate, joined by notes of blueberry compote and confectioner’s spice. As the wine continues to unfold, deeper, more contemplative tones emerge: sassafras, cola berry, eucalyptus, and a gentle medicinal lift, lending complexity and intrigue. Its broader shoulders and savory structure give the wine a sense of grounded strength, while freshness and energy carry it forward.
