Matt & Kim continued the 15-year legacy of Scarlata Farms by planting Luigi & Rosa’s Grove in St. Helena, honoring the olive oil farming family business. Their award-winning olive oils and balsamic vinegars and their Estate Reserve earned Best of Class and Gold at the 2024 California State Fair. As the exclusive olive oil partner for the 2025 Napa Valley Mustard Celebration, Scarlata Farms continues to grow its legacy in the heart of wine country with Flora Springs.
