Vineyard Map
For more than thirty years our family has created hand-crafted wines from our own sustainable and organically-farmed estate vineyards throughout the Napa Valley. From the cool, rolling hills of Carneros through the famed appellations of Oakville, Rutherford and St. Helena, we grow and produce noble varietal wines ranging from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and other red Bordeaux varietals. In each vintage our family selects just 20% of what our estate vineyards produce for our own Flora Springs wines, and proudly sell the remaining fruit to neighboring Napa Valley wineries. This practice enables us to focus on being great rather than large.

The Flora Springs Estate & Komes Ranch
RUTHERFORD & ST. HELENA
Flora Springs holds a unique card in the Napa Valley winery and vineyard landscape. The boundary between the Rutherford and St. Helena appellations runs through the middle of the Flora Springs estate, along the creek on the valley floor, and up through the hillside of the renown Rutherford bench.
The Estate’s diverse soil types, varying exposures and elevations, as well as varying clones and vine age, allows us to grow fruit worthy of our highest classification, Trilogy.

ST. HELENA
Originally founded in 1875 as the St. Helena Viticultural Society and disbanded during prohibition, the St. Helena Appellation has recently been revived and is now one of the most exciting districts in the Napa Valley.
This unique vineyard site, close in proximity to the Napa River and rich alluvial soils, allows us to produce both Chardonnay and Red Bordeaux varietals of superior quality.

Garvey Family Vineyard
RUTHERFORD
The Garvey Family Vineyard is a perfect showcase for our commitment to Organic farming. During early spring the cover crops are in full bloom, Red Tail hawks patrol the 24 acre vineyard, and the soil comes alive with activity.
Located on the renowned Rutherford bench with sweeping views of the Vaca Range and Saddle Back Mountain, it’s hard to imagine a more ideal setting. The maturity of this vineyard brings great structure and complexity to our Cabernet Sauvignon.

Windfall Vineyard
RUTHERFORD
Decorated with a charming pink two story Victorian house, it’s hard to miss our Bella Oaks Vineyard driving by on highway 29. What you can’t see are the highly sought after bale loam soils that give this vineyard its trademark flavor and fruit intensity.
Just south of Bella Oaks lane is the world renowned To Kalon Vineyard and we are proud to say Bella Oaks Vineyard shares some of the same alluvial soils. One of our all time favorite wines was made from this site – the 1996 Windfall Merlot.

Crossroads Ranch
OAKVILLE
Our Crossroads Ranch is located in the heart of the Oakville appellation. This storied district, situated between the Mayacamas Mountains to the west and the Vaca range to the east, holds the greatest concentration of Napa Valley’s preeminent producers of Cabernet Sauvignon.
As wine pioneers, we would be remiss to simply follow the trends and exclusively plant cabernet – we decided to shake it up and say no to grape discrimination! Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio should be allowed to enjoy the benefits of Great soils too!

Kairos Vineyard
NAPA
After its purchase in 1999, it took nearly three years for Pat Garvey and his vineyard team to revive this once neglected site. Today it serves as the fruit source for one of our most sought after single vineyard wines – Out of Sight.
Located above the Silverado Trail just south of the “Stags Leap” district, Kairos Vineyard is one of the family’s only western facing vineyards. This organically-farmed vineyard continues to amaze with its expression of fruit and complexity from vines that have been given a new lease on life.

Sunset Knoll Vineyard
CARNEROS
When it comes to blending our Barrel Fermented Chardonnay, the Sunset Knoll Vineyard is our secret ingredient. Located near the Northern border of the Carneros Appellation and just inside the shallow bowl of Congress Valley, Sunset Knoll enjoys the cooling effects of the Pacific Ocean and San Pablo Bay. The mouth of Congress valley faces south towards the Bay, allowing continuous sea breezes to flow throughout the vineyard. This unique microclimate gives us Chardonnay with great structure and acidity. The Sunsets aren’t so shabby either!

Lavender Hill Vineyard
CARNEROS
Lavender Hill Vineyard gets its name from John Komes’ all-time favorite movie, the 1951 crime-caper and classic comedy The Lavender Hill Mob. However, rather than producing gold bullion this vineyard grows classic Chardonnay – similar in color and nearly as satisfying!
Influenced by the cooling effect of the Pacific Ocean and San Pablo Bay, this vineyard consistently shows ripe fruit flavors and bright acidity.

Red Hen Vineyard
OAK KNOLL DISTRICT
The 10-acre Red Hen Vineyard is located in the northwest portion of Oak Knoll District and sits on one of Napa Valley’s largest alluvial fans. Ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon, the soils are volcanically derived and deep with a high gravel and stone consistency. Moderate to cool maritime influences prevail creating a longer growing season with cooler temperatures.
