ANDREW RAIFAISEN

USA/International Sales Director

As Sales Director for Flora Springs, Andrew Raifaisen covers territory throughout the United States, as well as international destinations including Mexico and Asia. Andrew is a go-getter with an inherent sense of how the wine business works, due to many years working at just about every level of winemaking and distribution, from the vineyards to the retail market.

Having grown up with a father in wines sales for 30 years – and several cousins whom are winemakers in Italy- the wine business seemed a natural place for Andrew to pursue a career. He then moved to Santa Barbara County where he was more involved in sales and distribution. He realized he has a passion for people as much as wine and for the next fifteen years Andrew specialized in wine sales and earned numerous top sales awards and accolades.

Andrew joined Flora Springs in 2006, and his wealth of experience in sales and distribution, as well as his roots in production, winemaking and viticulture, has expanded Flora Springs’ outreach. He sells wines in places as diverse as the Caribbean, China, Korea and Japan. “One of the benefits of working for a family-owned business is that people are really important, I feel honored to be a part of the evolution of this winery,” says Andrew.

Andrew is past President of the California Prestige Wine Society, an avid fisherman and Eagle Scout and holds a First Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He adores spending time in the Colorado Mountains with his wife Beth and son Bryce…And we can’t forget their two Bulldogs, Napa and Sonoma.
