Winemaker Paul Steinauer loves this vineyard for its consistency from year to year showing concentration and physiological ripeness at a lower brix level.And according to Paul the 2005 Wild Boar Cabernet continues the tradition of being the biggest and boldest of our Single Vineyard Cabernets. A wine to enjoy now for its bold flavors, but will reward those with enough patience to cellar it for five to ten years as it begins to express nuances only seen in a mature wine.
